Founded by Mr Charles Ian Miller and his independent medical team the company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. With customers ranging from the general public to celebrities/sport stars our medical staff our always in demand.
By being independent this allows our medical team to be totally impartial when giving advice to patients as we are not under any pressure to promote brands. We provide tailored patient specific advice and guidance free of charge on all procedures.
Our staff have been through a rigorous selection process and have been selected on high standards of training, reputation, proven ability and personality. And the training does not stop there our staff then go on to further training with top industry professionals. All our aesthetic practitioners are trained by highly acclaimed Harley Street surgeons.
We have clinics based throughout the North East including within the prestigious 5 star Seaham Hall Serenity Spa and Bannatynes Spa's. All clinics have good transport links and are accessible. If you can't get to us why not try our home call service. This service incurs an small extra cost and is available for all treatments apart from teeth whitening which would need a minimum of 6 patients. Please ask a member of staff for details.

Please Note
Patients requiring appointments outside these times for treatment/check ups (injectables) can take advantage of a home call from one of our medical team. This will incur a £10 charge.
Please note all check up appointments take place every Saturday morning by appointment between 9.00 -11.00 within our South Shields clinic only. It is the patients responsibility to make the appointment and all requests for check ups must be made 14 days post injection and carried out within 21 days. Any patient failing to book and receive a check up outside these guidelines will not receive a check up.
